Student Registration
 
                -    All students are required to have a Student Registration Form and Emergency Contact Waiver Form on file with  
                     the office  
     
 
         
Safety
 
                -    Only students and instructors are allowed in the gym during designated class times  
                -    Parents and siblings are Not allowed on the gym floor or equipment  
                -    A student must be currently enrolled in a designated class to be allowed on equipment and gym floors  
                -    If a parent needs to take a child out of class, or the child arrives after class has begun, either an instructor  
 

                   or staff member will accompany the child to or from class

 
     
     
 
         
Annual Fee
 
                -    Funtastic has an annual non-refundable membership fee of $40.00 per child and $60.00 per family  
                -    Once enrolled, a child automatically continues enrollment, unless the parent changes classes or gives a  
                     3 week or 21 day written notice to the office. A withdrawal (drop notice) form must be submitted to the office  
                -    Families are responsible for fees until proper notice has been received  
     
     
 
         
Tuition Policies
 
                -    Tuition is due by the 10th of the month regardless of whether a statement is received  
                -    There is a $20.00 charge for all returned checks  
                -    A child will Not be allowed to attend classes if the tuition is more than 30 days past due
